Third-Party Review Services
Third-party reviews ensure the project’s quality and validate the design. These reviews help maintain high standards and reduce risks, ultimately contributing to the project's success. They can be initiated for various reasons
-
Voluntary or Stakeholder Requirement: Sometimes, stakeholders may require an independent review to ensure that the project meets all necessary standards and expectations.
-
Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ): In cases where the code is ambiguous or due to other non-technical concerns, the AHJ might request a third-party review.
-
Owner's Representative: To minimize risks, the owner's representative may initiate a peer review to identify and address potential issues early in the project.
